Need Help?

Email programs have different menus and settings. If you're not sure where to find your signature settings, search online for: “How to add an email signature in [your email program]”

For example:
“How to add an email signature in Outlook”
“How to add an email signature in Apple Mail”

The exact steps may vary, but the process is simple: create your signature → copy or download it → add it to your email program → test it.

IMPORTANT
If your signature appears differently than expected, send yourself a test email first. Most formatting issues can be identified and corrected before sending emails to clients.
